Donation Over Disposal!

Whether you're planning a full demolition or remodeling a bathroom or kitchen. Reuse Depot offers a range of services designed to keep your useful material out of the landfill. Do you know how much waste is generated with every project? Few homeowners are aware of the value of the materials in their homes. Along with the tax benefits they may receive by donating the fixtures, doors, cabinets, hardware, and other materials. Reuse Depot strives to help you find the value and save you time and money.

Our deconstruction service is provided for a nominal fee which helps offset our labor, liability, and transportation costs. Our kitchen deconstruction typically takes from one to four hours, depending on the size and scope of the project. Plus, at the end of the deconstruction service, we’ll provide a receipt for all your donated materials that you can use for tax purposes.

What's in it for me?

Reuse Depot Inc. is a 501(c)3 non profit. The green building movement has staying power and homeowners are increasingly in want of more sustainable options. Reuse Depot is able to offer you a sustainable solution to demolition and waste management.

Reduce the cost of your overall project. When offset by tax savings and lower disposal costs, the net savings increase. Our deconstruction team works to provide you a tax-deductible donation method for any size donation of reusable building materials that we are able to accept.

No deconstruction is too large or too small for us to consider. From a kitchen or bathroom sink that is no longer needed to a full house deconstruction, we have the means and methods to assist you through this process and in return provide you with a tax-deductible receipt.
